FAQ's
Q. How far are you willing to travel for a day visit?
A. Up to 5 miles from my home to yours, mileage over this will incur a charge of £1 per mile, including the return journey for me.
Q. Can I request a mixture of different visits whilst I
am away?
A. Absolutely. I understand different owners have different needs, so I will do what I can to accommodate them. When booking, please specify as clearly as possible what dates you require what service.

Q. Are plants and house care an extra fee?
A. No extra charge for most plant and house care (ie refuse bins out), just request when booking

Q. Will you let me know how my pets are whilst I'm away?
A. I will provide you with daily updates, photos and videos of your pets.

Q. Do you charge cancellation fees if I change my mind about booking?
A. Not if plenty of notice is given, I appreciate things change! However, if less than 48 hours' notice, I would kindly request 50% of the fee due.​​

Q. Do you have insurance?
A. Yes, I am fully insured and DBS checked.

Q. Will you be able to sit my dogs?
A. I'm afraid dogs are not part of my service.

Q. Can you administer medication?
A. Yes, I can, please specify when booking what you require.

Q. Do you provide your services for other animals, including hamsters, birds, fish, etc
A. Yes! Please get in touch with me to discuss this.
Q. When is a good time to contact you?
A. My office hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday.

Q. Do you charge extra for several cats?
A. A multi-cat/pet household will incur an extra fee, this is due to the time I allocate for the visit and cannot always fit in several pets' needs in my 20/30 minute slot!
